• Generate study materials from your uploaded documents
• Generate and listen to AI-narrated stories
• Export generated materials to your personal cloud storage
• Use generated materials for personal educational purposes

Prohibited Uses

Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

• You retain all ownership rights to documents you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process your documents and generate study materials
• You represent that you have the legal right to upload all content
• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content doesn't violate third-party rights

AI-Generated Content

• Study materials generated by our AI belong to you
• Generated content is derived from your uploaded documents
• AI-generated stories and audio narrations are created for your personal use
• You may use, modify, and distribute generated content
• We do not claim ownership of generated study materials

Our Content

• The Kinder Adventure platform, design, and code are our proprietary property
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform

Device Permissions

Certain features of Kinder Adventure may request access to device capabilities:

• Camera - Required only for the document scanning feature. Access is requested through your browser's standard permission prompt. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time through your browser/device settings.
• Storage/Files - Required for uploading documents from your device.

We only request permissions when you initiate a feature that requires them. Denying permissions will only affect the specific feature that requires them; other features will continue to work normally.

Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. See our Copyright Policy for detailed information.

Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
